Analogia Project

Andrea Mancuso worked for many years at the studio of the English architect and designer Nigel Coates, gaining extensive experience in furniture and lighting design. Starting with "Hypnerotosphere," an installation presented at the 11th Venice Architecture Biennale, he was subsequently involved in many other projects for companies such as Alessi, Ceramica Bardelli, Fornasetti, Fratelli Boffi, Poltronova, Slamp, and Swarovski. His work "Plat à fromage" was featured in the 2013 Kama exhibition at the Milan Triennale.

Emilia Serra is an Italian architect with a wide range of experiences in exhibitions, installations, and interior design. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Product Design at the Royal College of Art in London, focusing her research on the integration of craftsmanship and digital 3D technologies.

Analogia Project is the result of a collaboration between designer Andrea Mancuso and architect Emilia Serra. Their diverse backgrounds allowed them to explore both space and objects. The goal of their projects is to experiment with new visual languages and explore our relationship with everyday objects, which are often taken for granted. Each project is an opportunity to find new paths and merge digital processes with craftsmanship.
